Have you been wanting to be heard? Your chance has arrived…in a bright green envelope! The DOE survey is a valuable tool for providing parent feedback to the school. The survey doesn’t stop at the DOE doors. Your anonymous comments are read by Dr. Donahue and her team, and the information is used to shape future programs.
Dr. Donahue wants to hear from you! Last year, only 33% of us returned the survey. This low response rate sends a message to the administration that we as parents don’t care – but we all know that is not true. So please take five minutes, locate the survey in your student’s backpack (it was sent home with them 2 weeks ago), and tell Dr. Donahue what you think!

If you cannot find your paper survey, please call the Survey Hotline at 1-800-690-8603. The Survey Hotline will provide you with the survey access information to take the survey online.
