Your students received the PARENT survey in their Official Class on Thursday, February 9th. Please take the time to fill out the survey and drop it in a mailbox. Alternatively, families can take the survey online at www.nycschoolsurvey.org in their preferred language. The survey access code for each family is “f” followed by the student’s nine-digit OSIS number. (Note that the “f” must be lowercase, and your student’s OSIS number can be found on their report card).
