Along with the big-ticket items (such as after-school clubs, academic and athletic teams, Naviance, and technology upgrades), your donations to the Bronx Science PA also help cover a multitude of smaller but important expenses. Here are just some of the things that the PA has helped pay for in the past few weeks: a set of epidemiology books for the Biology Department, snacks for freshman events, manuals and toolkits for a social-studies research program, water for the teachers’ lounge (to keep our hardworking teachers hydrated throughout the day!), servicing of three laser-cutting machines in the science labs, and live crickets and worms (to feed the animals in the animal room, of course!).
